Introduction

There exists a realm called the Seven Kingdoms. It is an island where all the men of the people have united against the rest of the world and become the dominant kingdom of their realm, controlling 85% of the realm territory. Within the gates of the Seven Kingdoms lies a system of six kingdoms ruled by their own king that live under the supreme rule of another kingdom, which is the most powerful of the 7 kingdoms. Over time, the Seventh Kingdom became known for their militial forces. Any of the paladins from the Seventh Kingdom had a legendary skill that couldn't be matched anywhere within the realm.
The Seven Kingdoms all used a Military Academy to train their soldiers and their paladins. When the first of the paladins graduated from the Military Academy in the Seventh Kingdom, they were the most respected class of soldiers in the Seven Kingdoms. That is, until the emersion of the guilds.
After a few years of paladins entering into the service of the Seventh Kingdom, one paladin emerged who did not feel that he had reached his full fighting potential. His fighting prowess had become legendary within the academy, learning quickly and eventually becoming a superior fighter than his instructors. His name was Eomaril. At the age of 26, he was the youngest paladin to graduate from the academy. Upon seeking permission from the King of the Seventh Kingdom, Eomaril left the Seven Kingdoms to venture to a territory in the far east. One he had heard of that the Seven Kingdoms have been unable to conquer due to the presence of unnatural forces and armies that were feared throughout the realm. This realm served as a gateway to another realm that would provide a trade route for the Seventh Kingdom. Eomaril set out immediately to conquer the evil presence and set up a trade route.
Ten years later, he returned to announce his success. But the Seventh Kingdom had changed as well. In his absence, guilds had risen, formed out of the academy graduates. These guilds were originally intended as particularily specialty skilled paladins who were sent on specific missions. Eomaril tried to join various guilds, which readily accepted this new legendary warrior. But while he found some soldiers with good fighting prowess, he found their skills lacking. Somewhere within the lands of the east, Eomaril's skill had become one that far exceeded anyone of the skills within the guilds. Seeking to produce more warriors with skills like his own he formed his own guild, calling it the Silverwing Guild, and based it just beyond the eastern border of the Seven Kingdoms, closer to the evil territory, which he called the Prime Evil Realm.
Many paladins from the Kingdoms tried to train under Eomaril but were refused because they could not pass his rigourous entrance requirements, which he determined were vital to survival within the Prime Evil Realm, which was where much of the training took place. Finally paladins emerged that were worthy of the guild and became members. The Guild also became known beyond the Kingdoms' borders as barbarians from the north began to show up, along with Amazons from the southern islands, and Necromancers from the Jungles at the foot of the mountains.
It was not long before Silverwing guild warriors emerged who were closer in skill to Eomaril's and were able to train with him, not under him, yet still inferior. So Eomaril created the Silverwing Council or Silverwing Elite. The Council members would decide new entrants or major decisions for the guild, like which missions they would go on and what course of action they would take. The requirements to become a member of the Silverwing Council were much higher and more dangerous than the requirements for entry into the guild. Hundreds of guildsmen have died trying to meet the requirements. In order to be accepted onto the Council, members had to successfully defeat the Five Leaders of the Prime Evil Realm three times in combat; these leaders were essentially immortal and each time they were defeated they had two more levels of ferocity/strength that they could increase. This task had to be performed alone, with no help from other guildsmen. Only a handful of warriors were able to do this. Sadly, none others were paladins.
By now the Silverwing Guild had become so powerful, that it no longer took orders from the Kingdoms, but requests. Their missions usually required only a few guildsmen to complete the task if necessary.

And so begins the chronicles of the Silverwing Guild. Written by either General Eomaril himself, or his Lieutenants, the other members of the Silverwing Council. Below are the names, ranks, and Prime Evil ranks given to these soldiers. Note: It is required that each member of the council receive the PE rank of Patriarch/Matriarch.

  • General Eomaril - Patriarch
  • Commander Arkanael* - Champion
  • Lieutenant Anna Maria - Matriarch
  • Lieutenant Loki - Patriarch
  • Major Tritus**
* - Commander Arkanael has not completed the Prime Evil trials, but was awarded the council position after single handedly thwarting a siege on the Kingdoms.

** - Major Tritus is Eomaril's brother. Having served in the King's army as his chief advisor, Tritus was given leave from His Majesty to serve his brother. On occasion he provides advice for the king when his new advisors are at a loss. In Eomaril's stead, he is in command but often defers to Commander Arkanael, preferring to advise instead.

Currently, the Silverwing Guild recognizes no authority over its own, but has a strong alliance with the Seven Kingdoms.
